V648.2 iTOUCH offers everything All-inclusive. The 3D Touchless Input systems automatically measures the wheel
data (distance + diameter + width) both for alloy and for steel rims, allowing balancing with both stick-on and clipon weights, respectively. V648.2 includes a touch screen for easy working, three lasers for the application of each type of weight with maximum precision, 3D.Scan for automatic
control of the geometry of the tire and rim, G3.Extrem electronics for maximum working speed. It also comes with TOP-LIGHT above the machine, with two led lights points to improve brightness in the working area, and two lasers to show with great accuracy the position of the weight to be applied on the tire clothespin. The new layout of the control Pneu-Lock and Brake, with two new pedals, increases ease of use.

Two light points to improve brightness in the working area, and two lasers line to show with great accuracy the position of the weight to be applied on the rim.

LASER POINT

Apply the stick-on weight, very accurately, with no chance of mistake even by a few millimeters as the laser is just a dot.
Identify, from the start, that is during input of rim dimensions the point of application of weights to avoid areas of the rim are not flat.

TRIS3NSOR

Exclusive FASEP mechanical system for measuring vibrations.
The system consists of 3 Piezo sensors that make it stable by itself and therefore allows for a smaller cross-section of mechanical constraints.

ELECTROPNEUMATIC WHEEL LOCK

It allows extremely precise wheel locking and operation even in the event of a pneumatic system malfunction or lack of compressed air.
In short, this system allows correct centring and ensures locking / unlocking of the wheel under all conditions.

3D TOUCHLESS INPUT

Allows touchless input of wheel data (distance + diameter + width) by laser, for both iron and alloy wheels.
