RGU5180.LL is a super automatic tire changer designed for trucks, agricultural vehicles, and OTR/earth-moving equipment. It is suitable for both tubeless and tube-type tires, featuring a self-centering hydraulic chuck with 4 clamping jaws and 2-speed motor for both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation.

The universal „leverless“ toolhead ensures easy tire handling, while the synchronized hydraulic motion of the chuck arm and toolhead arm provides precise left-right movement. The hydraulic lifting system allows for smooth up-and-down adjustments, with the toolhead arm featuring electro-hydraulic displacement for efficient operation. The toolhead’s automatic lifting and rotation further enhance versatility.

Powered by a 2.2 kW motor, the RGU5180.LL can handle wheels weighing up to 1700 kg, with a rim diameter of 14-44″ (optionally up to 60″) and a maximum wheel diameter of 2500 mm.
