RGU568E Universal Tire Changer for trucks, agriculture and earth-moving wheels:
is a professional unit, super-automatic designed for tire service shops with heavy work load of commercial / agriculture / earth-moving wheels up to 46", equipped with a fully automatic motion control system.
The new RGU568E is made according to the highest standards in terms of quality and safety and it represents a step forward in heavy duty tire service equipment.
All movements are hydraulically controlled. Tool holding arm is always perpendicular with the wheel.

Self centering chuck it is equipped with a 2-speed electro-hydraulic wheel centering system with 5 locking arms, with hydraulic adjustment of diameter. Up-down movement hydraulic. Left-right movement hydraulic.

Tool head equipped with traditional twin-tool head for mounting-demounting tubeless or normal tires.
- Bead seating and removing movement is hydraulic.
- Work in / out position automatically controlled (hydraulic).
- Tool head selection (hook/disc) automatically controlled (hydraulic).
- Movement toward and away from wheel at 2-speed, synchronized with movement of self centering chuck.

Mobile remote control for safety and ease of operation.

Top capacity: works on wheels with max diam. 2500mm, max width 1500mm, weight max 2000kg. Bead breaking power is granted by a 3 kW motor for the  electro-hydraulic unit and by a 1,5-2,2 kW motor for the locking/rotation hydraulic chuck.
