| The best
way to get to FASEP is by car. There are several possibility to get to Ronta by public transportation, but not all of them may be comfortable and there is small chance to meet someone able to speak English to get useful indications. Of course we can always agree to pick you up at Firenze Airport or Firenze Train Station. |
| Arriving by airplane to Firenze
airport: rent a car at airport > exit airport and turn right and drive to the A1 highway (direction Bologna) > see instructions under "Arriving from the highway A1" below. |
| Arriving by airplane to Bologna
airport: rent a car at airport > exit airport > at first light after exiting the airport drive straight to the A1 highway right in front of the airport (direction Firenze) > see instructions under "Arriving from the highway A1" below. |
| Arriving by airplane to Pisa airport: rent a car at airport > exit airport > drive straight to the SGC FI.PI.LI highway right in front of the airport (direction Firenze) > get off the highway at exit Scandicci - Signa > follow directions for A1 highway Bologna-Roma > enter A1 highway and follow direction Bologna > see instructions under "Arriving from the highway A1" below. |
| Arriving in Firenze by train: rent a car at the station > proceed to Piazza della Libertá > Via Don Minzoni > Via Bolognese > From there, it takes approx. 20 Km to get to San Piero a Sieve all the way straight. Then proceed as described in the map. |
| Arriving from the highway A1 (coming
either from Bologna, Milano or Firenze, Roma): get off the highway at exit Barberino di Mugello > proceed to San Piero a Sieve (approx. 15Km) > follow directions to Borgo San Lorenzo (approx 5Km) > stay on the main road > when you enter Borgo San Lorenzo you find a turnaround crossing > go left to stay on the main road (you can see an Hospital on your left a few hundreds meters after the roundaubout) > proceed to the second light > turn left (direction Ronta, Faenza) > you will reach Ronta (approx 7Km) > staying on the main road, you enter the town of Ronta and proceed until you find the Police station (Carabinieri) on yr left and FASEP factory on your right, just in the middle of the town. |
